    We measure, check the subfloor and talk through what you want. The estimate is free.

    Design and materials

    Species, width, stain and sheen. Buy through us, or pick your own and we install it.

    Installation

    Most installs run three to seven days. A sand and refinish takes about three.

    Final walkthrough

    You walk the finished floor with us before we call it done.

I was in a bind. The toilet was not installed correctly prior and had leaked and damaged the subfloor in bathroom of the house that current renters are occupying. I looked at the great reviews on Seymour Floors so I took a leap of faith and gave them a call. It was awesome at how quickly they scheduled us for an inspection to give us an estimate. Once I approved the estimate on a Thursday/Friday they quickly scheduled us for the repairs to start the following Tuesday. I was out of town so we FaceTimed for me to pick the LVP color from HomeDepot. They are honest and transparent on the charges and shared the receipts of materials with me promptly. It was just all around such wonderful experience working with Seymour Floors. I was nervous being out of town but they took care of everything. The finished flooring looks wonderful and they installed the toilet sealing it with a better method than the previous plumber had done to ensure no future leaks. Good questions before a floor job.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Call or send the form and we set up a time to measure and talk through the job.

How long does refinishing take?

Three days in most cases: sanding and a coat of seal or stain on the bare wood, then two full strength coats of finish.

How dusty is sanding?

Sanding is dusty work. We close off the area with plastic wherever we can, and our sanders run built in vacuums and dust bags that catch most of it.

Can I buy my own flooring?

Yes. Plenty of customers pick their own material and we install it. We are just as happy to help you choose.
